On a beautifull Sunday morning at the end of May we came together to say goodbye to Rev. Nick Parker and thank him for the 5 years he has been our spiritual leader.

We were honored to have two special guests. The First was the Primate of Canada Fred Hiltz and second was our Archbishop of the Diocese of New Wesminster and Ecclesiastical Province of British Columbia Melissa Skelton

Preparations for this day had been going on for months. A big thank you to the church committee and wardens for their tireless work. To Ann Barns for organizing the lunch and all those who helped set up and take down all the tables and chairs. To Ian, Linda and Carol for getting a choir together to lead the music. A special thank you to Black Sheep Rentals for the loan of extra tables and chairs.

After the service a great lunch was enjoyed by all followed by entertainment and speeches.

Thank you to Randy Murray for recording the Sermon given by Archbishop Fred Hiltz.
